Rapido to pilot food delivery service with flat fee model in Bengaluru

Rapido is set to launch its food delivery service with a unique flat-fee pricing model. This challenges Zomato and Swiggy's commission-based system. The new structure aims to support small restaurants. A pilot program is planned for Bengaluru in late June. Rapido's approach follows discussions with the National Restaurant Association of India. It offers a potentially cheaper alternative for food delivery.
