'Failing to protect honour of India and Indians': Congress slams Centre, demands PM Modi-Trump talks

Jairam Ramesh accused the BJP government of failing to protect the honour of India and its citizens. The Indian consulate in New York is reportedly in contact with local authorities regarding the incident.
