'Peace claims in J&K and Manipur absurd': Congress slams Amit Shah; says BJP diverting attention

The Congress party criticizes Amit Shah's claims about peace in Jammu and Kashmir and the Northeast. Jairam Ramesh alleges Shah is diverting attention from failures.
