Following a massive fire on the Singapore-flagged MV Wan Hai 503 off the Kerala coast, China has expressed gratitude to India for its swift response in rescuing crew members, including Chinese nationals. The Indian Coast Guard deployed ships and aircraft for firefighting and rescue operations after the explosion on June 9.
