India's anti-terror push: NSG unveils first-ever national SOP; signs MoU with focus on IED mitigation

The National Security Guard (NSG) has established a groundbreaking counter-terror coordination framework by signing MoUs with state and UT police forces. This initiative aims to create standardized operating procedures, enhance first responder interoperability, and conduct joint training exercises. Junior home minister Nityanand Rai emphasized the need for global collaboration in sharing intelligence and dismantling terrorist networks during the international seminar.
