Doug Skaff Jr dies at 48: Former delegate and businessman killed in car crash; leaders pay tribute

Doug Skaff Jr., a Charleston businessman and former West Virginia House of Delegates member, tragically died in a car crash on Interstate 79 in Lewis County. The accident occurred on Tuesday afternoon, claiming the life of the 48-year-old. Skaff, a prominent figure in state politics and business, had also recently recovered from a severe snakebite incident earlier this year.
