Why US is pulling staff from the Middle East as nuclear talks with Iran stall

Amid rising tensions and stalled nuclear negotiations, the U.S. is reducing its diplomatic and military presence in the Middle East. The State Department ordered nonessential staff to depart from Baghdad and authorized optional departures from Bahrain and Kuwait. The military is also allowing voluntary departures of dependents as regional instability looms and the IAEA considers censuring Iran.
