Ahmedabad plane crash: Flight crashed into doctors' hostel, many feared dead; eyewitnesses say it was flying 'very low'

An Air India Boeing 787 Dreamliner, flight AI171 to London, crashed shortly after takeoff from Ahmedabad's Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport on Thursday. The plane, carrying 232 passengers and 10 crew members, went down in Meghaninagar, impacting residential quarters of doctors from BJ Medical College.
