Dubai RTA deploys AI robot for metro inspections: Here’s what it can really do

Dubai's RTA has launched ARIIS, an AI-powered robotic system, to inspect and monitor the Dubai Metro's rail tracks. This innovation dramatically reduces human labor by 75%, enabling faster, more thorough inspections and minimizing human error. ARIIS uses LiDAR, high-resolution lasers, and 3D cameras for real-time analysis and proactive maintenance, enhancing safety and efficiency.
