The wreckage of the crashed Air India flight AI 171 in Ahmedabad yielded the aircraft's black box and additional bodies, tragically raising the death toll to 274. Authorities believe some victims were from the nearby BJ Medical College campus. The black box, crucial for determining the cause of the crash, was recovered from the college's mess rooftop.
