Posted
Mohammed Basheeruddin, arrested in Delhi last month in connection with a 2003 murder in Redfern, Australia, has been discharged by a Delhi court due to mistaken identity. His lawyer presented evidence that Basheeruddin had never traveled to Australia, further supporting his innocence.
