Typhoon Wutip has wreaked havoc in central Vietnam, resulting in five deaths and leaving two missing, according to the agriculture ministry. The storm submerged over 70,000 hectares of cropland, causing widespread flooding. Wutip, after hitting southern China and weakening, is expected to dissipate.
