New Delhi sees a shift in the housing market. Affordable housing in tier 2 cities declines by 54% in Q1 2025. Overall housing supply also drops by 35%. Developers focus on premium homes to increase profit margins. Homes between Rs 50 lakh and Rs 1 crore become more common. Experts believe that lower home loan rates may boost property sales.
