Death toll in South African floods rises to 90

At least 90 people have died in last week's heavy floods that devastated South Africa's Eastern Cape province, the local government said Monday, as rescue teams continued searching for more victims. "The latest report has indicated an increase in the number of fatalities from 88 to 90," the Eastern Cape government said in a statement.
