Supreme Court: Bank can't revalue gold once loan repaid

The Supreme Court overturned a Patna High Court decision, reinstating charges against Bank of India officials accused of misappropriating gold pledged as loan collateral. The court questioned the bank's re-evaluation and auctioning of the gold after the borrower, Abhishek Singh, repaid his loan.
