Delhi-NCR experienced heavy rainfall on Tuesday, offering respite from the intense heat. Strong winds and cloudy skies accompanied the downpour, leading to waterlogging at Indira Gandhi International Airport's Terminal 1. Consequently, approximately 12 flights were diverted, and Air India issued a travel advisory due to weather-related disruptions. The IMD has issued a yellow alert for continued thunderstorms and rainfall.
