Mamata Banerjee's new OBC list also hits high court hurdle

The Calcutta High Court has temporarily suspended the West Bengal government's revised OBC list, which included 140 sub-groups, citing procedural irregularities under the West Bengal Commission for Backward Classes Act, 1993.
