Mehul Choksi sues India in UK high court for ‘kidnapping him’ in Antigua

Mehul Choksi is suing the Indian government and five individuals in London's High Court, alleging his kidnapping from Antigua in 2021 was orchestrated by India's intelligence agency, R&AW, as part of a honeytrap plot to extradite him.
