Privacy is a fundamental right but is subject to reasonable curbs: High Court

Madhya Pradesh High Court has ruled that WhatsApp chats are admissible as evidence in matrimonial disputes, even if obtained without consent. The court emphasized that while the right to privacy is fundamental, it is not absolute and can be reasonably restricted.
