LLM degree holder fails bar test, HC sends notice to BCI
Posted
The Gujarat High Court has issued a notice to the Bar Council of India (BCI) following a petition by Urvi Acharya, an LLM graduate, who failed the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) despite its open-book format. Acharya alleges a lack of transparency, as the BCI provided no justification for her failure, even after re-checking.
