West Bengal denies Centre's outreach on common board, calls move unnecessary for high-performing state
Δημοσιευμένα
West Bengal Education Minister Bratya Basu said the state has not received any communication from the Centre regarding the proposed adoption of a common board for classes 10 and 12. He asserted the move is irrelevant for West Bengal, citing consistently high pass percentages in board exams. The Centre had flagged seven states, including West Bengal, over student failure rates.
