Summons sent to lawyer for his role as co's ind dir: ED
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) summoned senior advocate Pratap Venugopal, an independent director at Care Health Insurance Ltd (CHIL), as part of a money laundering investigation into alleged irregularities in ESOP issuance.
