No permission to enter Azerbaijan from Iran yet, Kolkata prof will now head for Armenia

Falguni Dey, a geography professor from Kolkata, is rerouting to Armenia after being stranded in Astara for four days. Dey was hoping to cross the Azerbaijan border with a migration code, but the permission is delayed due to diplomatic issues. The Indian embassy in Baku advised Dey to seek alternative routes out of Iran.
