Farooq Abdullah warns of Supreme Court move if Jammu & Kashmir statehood not restored

National Conference president Farooq Abdullah criticized the "dual power structure" in Jammu & Kashmir, blaming it for slow development. He warned that the party might approach the Supreme Court if statehood isn't restored soon.
