KATHMANDU: Police have arrested a man accused of defrauding individuals by promising lucrative jobs in Croatia under false pretenses. The suspect, 42-year-old Suvarna Kumar Bal of Sindhuli’s Dhyanglekh Rural Municipality–3, currently residing in Nagarjun Municipality, Kathmandu, was taken into custody on Friday.
