RASUWA: A foreign national heading to Kailash Mansarovar has died while on the pilgrimage. The deceased has been identified as Dalip Singh, 55, a resident of Fiji, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police Hem Bahadur Shahi. Singh passed away on June 21 while in Chinese territory.
