‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ crosses Rs 80 crore mark

Aamir Khan's 'Sitaare Zameen Par', directed by RS Prasanna, has earned over ₹80 crore in India during its first week. The sports dramedy, considered a spiritual sequel to 'Taare Zameen Par', opened strongly with ₹10.7 crore on Friday, peaking at ₹27.25 crore on Sunday. The film also had a special screening at Rashtrapati Bhavan, attended by President Droupadi Murmu.
