LALITPUR: A sub-engineer lost his life after being swept away by a flood in Thula Durlung, located in Mahakal Rural Municipality-6, southeastern Lalitpur. According to Ward Chair Binod Chaulagain, the deceased has been identified as Sabin Dahal, a 21-year-old sub-engineer.
