JPMorgan has pre-leased 116,210 sq ft in Sumitomo's Bandra-Kurla Complex tower in Mumbai for a decade, potentially extending to 25 years. The deal involves an estimated Rs 1,000 crore rental for the initial term, possibly exceeding Rs 2,500 crore overall. Intended as JPMorgan's India headquarters, the monthly rent is Rs 6.91 crore, with increases every three years.
