Bombay High Court’s interim order on Maratha reservation stays; Supreme Court to hear challenge after July 14

The Supreme Court has agreed to hear a plea in July challenging the Bombay High Court's decision to continue the interim order that allows the Maratha community to avail a 10% reservation in educational institutions and public employment. This decision is subject to the final outcome of petitions challenging the SEBC Act, 2024, which grants the quota.
