Lauren Sánchez career path: How this student from a California College become an Emmy-winning journalist, pilot, and space traveler

Lauren Sánchez, a dyslexic student from Albuquerque, rose to fame as an Emmy-winning journalist, aviation entrepreneur, and space traveler. With degrees from El Camino College and USC, she built a career spanning FOX, Extra, and The View. After earning her pilot's license at 40, she founded Black Ops Aviation and flew to space aboard Blue Origin's NS-31. As vice-chair of the Bezos Earth Fund, she's also leading climate philanthropy—all while preparing for her wedding to Jeff Bezos in Venice.
