Saquib Nachan, a convicted terrorist with links to ISIS, died at Safdarjung Hospital in New Delhi while undergoing treatment. Nachan, who was serving time in Tihar Jail, had been transferred to the hospital due to his deteriorating health. He was convicted for his involvement in the 2002-03 Mumbai bomb blasts and was allegedly involved in promoting ISIS activities in India.
