KATHMANDU: The by-elections for Rupandehi Constituency No. 3 and Manang Provincial Assembly (B) are scheduled to be held on November 3. The Election Commission decided in a meeting held on Monday to conduct the by-elections for Rupandehi-3 and Manang on this date.
