Judiciary's tolerance of anti-national acts fuelling their rise: Allahabad HC

The Allahabad High Court denied bail to a 62-year-old man accused of sharing a "Pakistan Zindabad" post on Facebook. Justice Siddharth stated that judicial tolerance emboldens anti-national acts. The court deemed Ansar Ahmad Siddique's actions disrespectful to the Constitution and a challenge to national sovereignty. Siddique faces charges under the BNS.
