IAF strip, used in 3 wars, secretly ‘sold off’ using fake papers
Posté
In a brazen act of deceit, a mother-son duo in Ferozepur, Punjab, allegedly sold off a World War II-era airstrip in 1997, colluding with revenue officials. The Punjab and Haryana High Court intervened, leading to an FIR against Usha Ansal and Naveen Chand after a Vigilance Bureau probe confirmed the land belonged to the Indian Air Force.
