The Supreme Court declined to hear Lalit Modi's plea seeking BCCI to cover the Rs 10 crore fine imposed for FEMA violations during the 2009 IPL season in South Africa. Modi argued that BCCI indemnified other officials like Srinivasan and Pandove but not him.
