IPO watch: Hero Motors refiles IPO papers with Rs 1,200 crore issue, ups fresh component to Rs 800 crore

Hero Motors has refiled its DRHP with SEBI for an IPO, increasing the issue size to Rs 1,200 crore, including a fresh issue and OFS by promoters. The company intends to use the IPO proceeds to reduce debt and expand its manufacturing facility. Revenue has increased from FY22 to FY24, with significant gross margin improvements.
