Tafe, AGCO end dispute over tractor brand
Posted
Tafe and AGCO have reached a comprehensive settlement, resolving disputes over brand rights and leading to significant ownership changes. Tafe will become the exclusive owner of the Massey Ferguson brand in India, Nepal, and Bhutan, while also buying back AGCO's 20.7% stake for $260 million. Despite this, Tafe will retain a 16.3% shareholding in AGCO, remaining a long-term investor.
