Indian charged in Singapore: Seafarer Soosai Antony Vainer held for ship collision - 'acted without orders'
نشر بتاريخ
Soosai Antony Vainer, an Indian national, faces charges in Singapore for a fatal ship collision last year. As the duty lookout on the Hafnia Nile, Vainer allegedly failed to report the approaching Ceres I to his superior, Wickramage Viraj Amila Shavinda Perera. Instead, he steered the ship independently, leading to the collision that killed one and injured another.
