Posted
Soosai Antony Vainer, an Indian national, faces charges in Singapore for a fatal ship collision last year. As the duty lookout on the Hafnia Nile, Vainer allegedly failed to report the approaching Ceres I to his superior, Wickramage Viraj Amila Shavinda Perera.
