Kuwait's e-permit exit rule: Expat workers need employer's nod to fly out; how to obtain it?

Kuwait has implemented a new electronic exit permit system for expatriate workers in the private sector, effective July 1, 2025. Foreign employees must now obtain employer approval via the Sahel Individuals app and As-hal Companies portal before traveling abroad.
