Gandhis conspired to usurp Rs 2k crore co: ED in Herald case
نشر بتاريخ
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has alleged in court that Sonia and Rahul Gandhi conspired to take control of Associated Journals Limited (AJL), valued at Rs 2,000 crore, through Young Indian Pvt Ltd. ED argues that a ₹90 crore loan from Congress to AJL was fraudulently converted into equity, benefiting the Gandhis, who controlled both entities.
