'Not in place': Delta Airlines plane loses portion of wing flap mid-air; FAA launches probe

The aircraft, carrying 109 passengers and six crew members, landed safely despite the incident. The FAA has launched an investigation to determine if a found aircraft component is related to the missing flap.
