The Defence Acquisition Council, chaired by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, has approved the procurement of ten capital acquisition proposals worth Rs 1.05 lakh crore through indigenous sourcing. These procurements aim to enhance the operational readiness of the Armed Forces by improving mobility, air defense, and supply chain management.
