Air India has compensated nearly two-thirds of the families who lost loved ones in the devastating Ahmedabad plane crash on June 12, which claimed 260 lives. The airline provided immediate financial assistance of Rs 25 lakh per family, while Tata Sons pledged Rs 1 crore.
