Kamal restrained from making remarks against Kannada

Kamal Haasan made headlines last month for his remark about the Kannada language during a promotional event for his film Thug Life. The comment landed him in legal trouble, and the film faced a ban in Bengaluru. A Bengaluru civil court has now issued an ex parte interim injunction, preventing the veteran actor from making any future statements against the Kannada language or culture.
