The Supreme Court is now hearing a challenge to the Election Commission's directive for Special Intensive Revision of Electoral Rolls in Bihar, just before elections. Association for Democratic Reforms argues this could disenfranchise lakhs of marginalized voters, violating free and fair election principles.
