UAE residents with valid visas can apply for citizenship-by-investment (CBI) programs from countries like Dominica and others in the Caribbean. However, acquiring a second passport does not guarantee entry into the US or Europe due to changing immigration laws. The GDRFA offers services to verify passport authenticity, and legal residency in the UAE remains unaffected.
