At least 32 dead in Texas floods: 27 girls missing from summer camp; rescue ops under way

Devastating floods in Texas Hill Country have claimed at least 32 lives, including 14 children, with several still missing. Among the missing are 27 girls from a Christian summer camp along the Guadalupe River.
