'To suit needs of society': CJI Gavai calls for 'pragmatic' approach to interpret Constitution; urges judges not to think about a case once it is decided

Chief Justice of India, Bhushan Ramkrishna Gavai, advocated for a pragmatic interpretation of the Constitution to address current societal needs.
